Hours

From the beginning of May until the end of October, the marina is open 24/7. The reception desk is open from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm daily. A security guard is also stationed overnight to ensure security and provide assistance as needed. A magnetic card is required to access the docks and the service building.

How do I get to the marina?

How do I get there?

The Port of Québec Marina can be reached by foot, bike, public transport and car. If you are arriving from Lévis, the ferry is also a nice option, since the terminal is only a few minutes’ walk from the Marina.

Public transport

Québec City’s public bus network offers several routes to the Port of Québec Marina.

From Belvédère station to the ferry terminal, route 1 provides access to the Québec-Lévis crossing. When you get off at the St-Thomas Station stop, it is an 11-minute walk to reach the marina.

Serving Old Québec, Route 11 will drop you off near the Marina at the Dalhousie stop.

By bike

Whether you arrive by bike via the Champlain Boulevard bike path, the Coastal Corridor or the Cheminots Corridor, or you take the Quebec-Lévis ferry, the region’s network of bike paths make biking to the Port of Québec Marina easy. Bike racks are available on site and nearby so that you are free to enjoy all that the Marina has to offer.

By car

You can get to the Port of Québec Marina by car. Several parking lots are available nearby to park your vehicle, including the members’ parking lot and Louise Basin parking lot located nearby. Members must purchase a sticker for the season and visitors can pay on site as needed.

By ferry

Coming from the South Shore? The Québec-Lévis ferry is a great option to get to the Port of Québec Marina. From the ferry terminal, it is a 20-minute walk to the marina.

Order and security

Here are a few rules to follow to ensure the well-beins and security of all visitors and clients of the Marina.
Curfew from 11 pm to 7 am
Garbage and recycling containers are available (glass, plastic, cardboard)
Speedboats must be equipped with a working silencer
Bringing chairs onto the docks is prohibited
Animals must be kept on leash and excrements must be picked up
Extension wires connecting boats to power outlets must respect safety standards and be coiled
Fishing and swimming are prohibited in the basin
The maximum speed of any vessel operating in the basin is 3 knots
Vessels must be under motor when navigating in the basin
Gasoline and diesel supply is only available at the location designated for this purpose
Fuel dock and septic pump services available from 8 am to 8 pm
